After searching for a ballpark site for a couple of seasons, the owners of the new prospective independent league team in Waukesha County settled on this site in Oconomowoc, just off the intersection of Interstate 94 and WIS 67 and across from Aurora Medical Center. The development, to be known as Lake Country Live, is in the southernmost part of the city, in the area known as Pabst Farms.

The stadium itself features artificial turf and is also designed to be usable for sports such as soccer and lacrosse. When configured for baseball, the field faces due north, so that the seating bowl is visible from the I-94 freeway.

I found several drawbacks with the field. One, which I noticed as I took the exit ramp from eastbound I-94, is that there is effectively no shade, making day games difficult. It could be worse; Wisconsin is far enough north that even in July, the beating sun is not unbearable (but be sure to wear sunscreen for a day game, and pack an umbrella if there's rain in the forecast). Another is that there are no regular seats behind the plate; all the seating in those areas is in two club sections. Indeed, the production room is off on the first-base side rather than behind the plate.
