Quick Facts:
This ball field was built at a corner of Ross Wells Park to accommodate baseball after the previous site was annexed for an expansion of the city exposition grounds during the 1950s. A softball park, Memorial Field, is located across Caribou Street. With support from the Moose Jaw Hockey Society, Ross Wells Ball Park received a renovation in 1985, and that made it suitable for the independent Prairie League to place a team here for three seasons.

The park is very simple, with three grandstands holding a total of perhaps 750 spectators. A full line-score scoreboard replaced an older model in 2016. There are also small concession and souvenir stands along with a beer garden.

Most recently, the park has been used by the Miller Express of the Western Canadian Baseball League. The club received sponsorship from Miller Beer and from Canadian Pacific Railway one season, and the name has not changed since. The X in Express in the team logo is a pair of crossed rail spikes. Fans and the PA announcer usually call the team the Millers.
