For 2022, the team rebranded as the Flamingos and moved into this brand-new park being built adjacent to the Jennie O’Bryan Tennis Complex on the west side of town, closer to I-95 and US 52. While the field was complete at the time of my visit, they were still doing work on adjacent fields that would become part of the complex, and the parking lot was also still under construction. The public address system also had significant shortcomings. I’m confident these issues will be addressed before long.
