As of August 2012, the site of Cocoa Expo Sports Complex is half rubble, half construction site. The place is being renovated, possibly to attempt to draw another spring training assignment, perhaps as a site for youth tournaments. I was not able to get into the complex on my 2012 visit; these two photos are taken from outside the gates.
