Rutherford Borough Hall

The Rutherford borough hall is located at 176 Park Avenue, across the street from Lincoln Park. The building was erected in 1902 to serve as the Park School and was later converted.

There are three levels. The lower level hosts the Office of Emergency Management and the Recreation Department. The Borough Clerk, Borough Administrator, Assessor, and Tax Collector are on the main level, while the council chambers and the Board of Education are on the upper level. The council chambers also serves as the municipal courtroom.
