Bergen County Road 32 parallels the old Erie Main Line railroad track until it reaches the old Hackensack-Newark Turnpike, which it joins until it reaches NJ 17.

The road bears an east-west number but actually runs more from north to south. The start of the inventory runs pretty much west to east.
