A new aluminum bleacher structure and press box was erected in 2011, and the field received artificial turf, thanks in large part to a donation from postgraduate alumnus and university trustee Vincent Naimoli, who was best known as the owner of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays from the award of the franchise until 2004.

Further upgrades to the stadium were implemented in 2024, including replacement of the artificial turf, enhanced bullpens, and a new scoreboard and backstop.

Interestingly, parking is on the opposite side of the highway on-ramp, at a field house belonging to the school. Teams and fans walk through a tunnel under the on-ramp to access the field. Also, thanks to the field’s position next to the highway, there are no bleachers on the third-base side. The field faces just east of north.
