Van Winkle Place is a dead-end street beginning at Pierrepont Avenue and running south, until it ends at the rear of Woodland Avenue lots. The street is named for real estate developer A.W. Van Winkle. There are only houses on the west side of the street; the east side is the rear of Mountain Way lots.
