Again on Tuesday Rotary drew to within half a game of JCC, coming up on the big end of a 15-10 slugfest versus Pastore.
Rotary took a 3-0 lead after one, but Pastore tied it in the top of the third. Rotary went ahead 7-3 in their half of the inning, but again Pastore came back their next time at bat to take the lead, 10-7. Rotary scored six in the fourth and two in the fifth to ice the game.
Joe Guesera, Billy Tantum, Bob Dionisio, Ron Hough and Bill Amberg all had two hits apiece.
