Beiden Field, named for former Fresno State baseball coach Pete Beiden, has been the home of Bulldog baseball since 1966, when they moved from their old campus closer to downtown.
When the Pacific Coast League expanded into Fresno in 1998, the Grizzlies played at Beiden Field for four seasons. They eventually moved into Grizzlies Stadium, seven miles away in the downtown area.
