State Highways of New Jersey

NJ 64 is an unsigned State Highway Commission-built railroad overpass along the main road from Hightstown to Princeton, displacing a previous crossing on the same highway near Princeton Junction. The crossing also carries SR 571, which is signed (along with SR 526, which is not officially concurrent).

The overpass was apparently built as part of a greater proposal to build a spur route directly between Hightstown and Princeton, a project that has never come to fruition. A shorter bypass of downtown Hightstown was completed as NJ 133.
